My name is Gauri and I'm dedicated to being a communicative and respectful housemate who pays her rent on time. I'm looking for a FURNISHED room near Foothill College, preferably ALL-FEMALE. A little about myself-- I'm currently finishing my freshman year at the University of San Francisco, and meanwhile I live in the college dorms. I don't have any family in the USA although I am a US citizen, so I work as a Starbucks Barista to support myself. I will be paying for college and rent on my own, so I am looking for accommodations with rent under $1000 per month-- I earn a steady wage and have no late or failed payments on my record! I'm transferring from Foothill in a year to double major in PPE and English. I'm really into animals, seeing new places. trying new foods and meeting new people; plus, I love cooking for/with other people, karaoke, board games and having fun intellectual debates and conversations! I am absolutely open to an impersonal rental situation for practical reasons, but I would prefer to be friends with my roommates. I am quite social and enjoy company, but this doesn't always need to involve talking or being loud-- just having someone do their own thing in the same space as mine is comforting, making me a quiet yet friendly roommate in general.

Again, I will definitely only be making final decisions after viewing the place IN-PERSON-- please keep this in mind before asking me for wired deposits or paid applications. I consent to background checks since my record is clean, and we can always meet in a community spot away from your home so we can swap IDs before I visit-- safety is priority on craigslist after all!
