Centrally located, near USD
Nice quiet neighborhood, where neighbors are friends and look out for each other. Cute house, 1000 sq ft, not large but private spaces. Clean. Lemon and lime trees. If you are the right person and need fully furnished that could be accommodated. Room is not huge but fits a queen bed and a dresser. Closet has good storage above. Space for a desk elsewhere if needed. Yard need work but getting to it! A lot of the time we get a nice ocean breeze.
