Located 3 min drive from USC campus. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 other people, but you will have your own private room. Closet will be cleared out before you move in, along with the paintings on the wall in the room and the shelf you see. +420 friendly. Water and trash paid for, everything else is split three ways between the three occupants. (Gas, power, and wifi) Washer and Dryer in unit. No pets (we already have 2 dogs, sorry) Please be clean and pay rent/bills on time. The current lease is month to month. Until Landlord changes this.
