I have two small dogs so my potential roommate would have to at least LIKE dogs and my dogs must at least like you.
I'm an officer with the American legion working closely with veterans so I do get busy at times but for the most part I'm (quiet)... Friendly and keep to myself.
I would prefer someone over 30 but it really just depends on you I don't want a whole lot of people in and out all the time I understand people have friends and that's okay but late night parties and stuff like that wouldn't work with me..
I am retired ... But SUPER EASY GOING!

The place is furnished but not your bedroom that would be your responsibility but I do have furniture throughout the place but if you have furniture I'm more than willing to combine it all and see what we can do.

I would consider a small dog if it gets along with mine. I know how hard it is to find a place that ALLOWS PETS.
I would prefer somebody over 30 but hey it just depends on the person I just don't want any loud parties I don't want any drugs... alcohol well, as long as it's not out of control there really isn't any rules here just respect me... that's all and respect my pets!!
