We have one room opening up in our shared apartment in Williamsburg!
The room is available for move-in anytime between now and September 1, with a 12-month lease starting September 1, 2024- August 31, 2025.
The room is $2,140, located on the second floor of our triplex and shares a huge, 2-sink bathroom with one other housemate.
We have:

- 3 fridges

- 1 laundry IN UNIT

- AC/heating units in each bedroom + common space

We’re near all of the shops, restaurants, and bars that Williamsburg has to offer, 3 blocks away from a great gym and close to tons of workout classes.
We are walking distance from the L,G, and J/M train stops. Trader Joe’s is a few blocks away and Whole Foods is around the corner.
