This apartment is owned by my family, but I will be moving to Florida permanently soon. We need someone to occupy the apartment when I am gone. The reason this is listed as a roommate search is because either myself or another member of my family may use the guest bedroom whenever we are in the city. This should amount to no more than four months of the year. For most of the year you will have the entire apartment to yourself!
If you want the whole apartment including both bedrooms, that can be negotiated at a higher price.
