Great Sunny Bedroom in Carroll Gardens 2BR!

I have one room available in my very sunny Carroll Gardens apartment 2 BLOCKS from the F/G train at Carroll Street available on Sept 1.

I have lived in this apartment for 4 years and it is great! There is only one other apartment in the whole building and the neighborhood is a dream! It feels like a small, quaint town inside of Brooklyn with fast transport right to the city. There are tons of restaurants, coffee shops, parks (steps to local parks and just a few train stops/30 minute walk/12 min bike ride to Prospect Park), book stores (Books Are Magic), grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Sahadi's), and tons of local spots including a 24hr deli and laundromat across the street! The space has an open layout living room/dining room and a skylight in the bathroom. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, which is great for privacy. The bedroom available for rent has a large closet with overhead storage you can see in the photos. The apartment is a 3rd floor corner unit and gets tons of light.

COVID UPDATES:
Regarding transport there are tons of CitiBike docs around the apartment which make it a good alternative to walking if you don't want to take the train or bus right now. However, the train is 2 blocks away and there is a bus that goes right down the cross-street. As mentioned before, it is an easy walk to grocery stores, pharmacies, tons of paks (Carroll Park, Cobble Hill Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Prospect Park). I do see friends outside of the apartment outdoors, but practice social distancing. Communication is important no matter what, but especially right now! I haven't been wearing shoes in the house and I obviously always wash my hands right when I get into the apartment. We can also discuss covid practices to make sure we are both comfortable!
