There are another two full months left in the lease agreement (May, June, and up to July 10). There is also the possibility of renewing the lease with the property if you would like to remain occupied in the unit past July 10th.

1 bedroom and 1 Bathroom for rent in a 2bd/2bth apartment. Currently looking to sublease my half of the lease until July 2023 with the option to renew the lease for another year.
There is one other occupant who is a FEMALE, young professional and graduate student. Female roommate preferred. Electric account is established, and is split between both tenants. Water bill is attached to the rent, and billed by the property.
