I have a room for rent in my Pasadena apartment. It's a two bedroom unit on the upper floor of an old Victorian home and includes 2 parking spaces, outdoor storage, a large living room, decent sized kitchen, HUGE bathroom, lots of closet space, loads of charm, and the complex laundry room is outside our front door. The location is fantastic! It's walking distance to the Del Mar Metro stop, Old Town Pasadena, The Paseo, The Playhouse District, several grocery stores, 24 Hour Fitness, and the shops on Lake Avenue.

Unfortunately, the management company does not allow any pets.
