My name is Josh, I am a 26 year old college student looking for a room in Charlotte. I’m fairly quiet/laid back and keep to myself, but I do enjoy going out with friends and being social. I don’t do any drugs or smoke cannabis, but I don’t mind if my roommate smokes. I do however smoke cigarettes, but I don’t believe in smoking in the house so I only smoke outside. The only pet I have is a sweet chinchilla names Marmalade (Marmar for short), and I don’t mind if my roommate has pets. My biggest concern with finding a roommate is that they are clean, I’m a bit of a clean freak and can not live in a dirty/messy environment.
