Hi Everyone!

I am leaving a shared bedroom by the end March and I am helping my roommates look for a female roommate to take my place in the spacious master bedroom in our 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment.

The apt is really close to Warner Brothers Studios; just 20 mins walking to the New York Film Academy, and just 5 mins walking to Vons, Starbucks and Bank of America etc. Amenities such as a swimming pool and free access to the gym is all included!

Here are the monthly details:

Rent: $750

Deposit: $650( it varies per month)

Internet: $17 per person

Utilities- $50 - $100 (seems more accurate)

Plus AVA Burbank application fee of $30
