Hi, I currently own a townhouse. The entire townhouse is 1084 sq feet. It has 2 master bedrooms upstairs. The room for rent has a spacious closet, a deck and a closet out on the deck. The deck overlooks a pond, waterfalls and redwood trees. The property is gated and a personal parking spot would be available. Water/garbage/maintenance/pool/spa/tennis courts and walking areas available. I'm on the board of the Hoa. While I currently have no cable/wifi included it may change with a proposed contract with Comcast. There is limited storage other than in the room or on the deck.No pets, but you can love mine. No smoking or drug use. We can share a house cleaner or split chores.Im extremely close to 280/680/101 interchange. Month to month at first and if it works out stay as long as you like.
