Hello! My name is Megan and I live in Brooklyn, NY! I’m a big time plant lady, I play tennis, the violin (rarely these days), I love to cook and bake, and I occasionally like to paint. I love interior design, fashion, art and nature.
I’m from Madison, WI but went to school in Minnesota and lived there for 6 years before moving to NYC in 2021. I currently work part-time, and hoping to go full time asap.
I’m looking for a roommate to fill an open bedroom in my apartment. I’ve created a very peaceful, cozy and clean environment and would love to find a roommate that will keep that going:) I deeply care about open communication and setting good boundaries with roommates so that we can build good trust and have a nice living situation.
I’m somewhat of a night-owl but try and keep it quiet after 10pm. I also often spend the night at my boyfriends place, majority of the week, so that gives my current roommate plenty of alone time.

Available Room for Rent
Hello! I have 1 bedroom available in my cozy Bushwick oasis. I am looking for someone to move in December 13, 2023 and to properly join the lease January 1st. Lease ends September 30, 2024.
Rent is $1,250 per person plus wifi & con-Ed.
Ideally looking for a fem roommate who is kind, down to earth, clean, and doesn’t work from home often. I’d love to keep the clean, calm, positive, and quiet energy going! Ideally no pets but could be convinced if the right fit. Apartment is fully furnished besides the open bedroom!
Bathroom not pictured, but is very nice and has a large window in it!
Open Bedroom is small- but fits a dresser/vanity and a full-size mattress(queen fits but tighter squeeze as seen in pics). Bedroom gets good sunlight and has AC. Closet is large!
Must be okay with some noise from the raised JMZ tracks that are close by.
