Hello! I'm 28 years old and I work for a late night show in midtown. I've lived in New York for almost 7 years now, mostly on the Upper West Side, which I love. In a non-COVID world, I'm usually working around 50-60 hours a week, don't cook (takeout queen!), and in my free time I am a TV addict and watch everything (but always go back to The West Wing or The Office), I love going to Soul Cycle, watching my USC Trojans at the USC Bar in Chelsea, or just reading/listening to true crime podcasts in my room and relaxing/re-charging. I'm a "clean as you go" gal and like living in a clean/tidy space.
In the COVID world I've been working from home but I've been in CA the past month and a half and might be returning to work in late September/October.

1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with elevator on the 4th floor and laundry in building. Bedrooms are equal sized with windows overlooking Broadway brining in tons of natural light. It's 2 blocks from the 103rd St. 1 Train. The kitchen is NEW with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. There is an AC unit in the living room and my roommate is open to selling her full sized bed and already installed AC unit in her room.
Nice sized closets with additional storage about and a hall closet for winter coats, etc.
Large TV with Hulu Live +HBO/Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney+
Lighting/AC in living room is hooked up with Alexa which is fun but you can also do it manually too.
Bathroom is all stone with a small window and shower/bathtub.
