Sunny room in a prime location

One bedroom available in a two bedroom flat, centrally located just across from Japantown. Full kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower/tub, bright and furnished living room, wifi and streaming services enabled. Parking would be available in the building, i think it's an additional $250/month. There is a 24hr doorman for the building, multiple laundry rooms onsite, and lots of good places to eat in easy walking distance.

The room is a funny triangle shape, but reasonably spacious--it can fit a double bed, dresser, and desk easily. It has a moderately sized closest. One wall is all windows, looking out over the western part of the city, and it frequently gets full sun (we're on the 8th floor, so unobstructed views).

I am a veterinary nurse, working nights at an emergency clinic. I sleep mornings and evenings, and would appreciate a quiet, respectful person who doesn't mind my funny schedule! I also have accumulated a number of animals--a dachshund, a dalmatian, and a cat; the dogs come with me to work, so they're seldom left alone, and don't tend to be noisy. The dachshund is incredibly friendly and sweet, the dalmatian is aloof with strangers but very silly when he knows you, and the cat is very...catty. I would prefer to not introduce more animals, but would possibly consider a cat or a small dog (you would have to clear it with building management, though).

I'm a non-smoking, non-drinking vegetarian, and while I don't expect you to be the exact same (some people like to have fun!), I would love any similarities. I spend much of my time with neflix or video games, taking the dogs to the park, or doing crafts. I tend to be pretty quiet, but I like to think I'm friendly, and I've always been on good enough terms with roommates to share some groceries or have a day out together.
