Quiet, Clean and Peaceful Home tucked away in established neighborhood with nice and respectful neighbors. Street runs in an oval like a race track so you can walk, run or bike for exercise.
Larger furnished bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Tile floors through-out Home. Full bath with shower and tub....lots of storage space for towels, toiletries etc. Washer and Dryer available.
Alarm system with Ring Video cameras installed.
Light alcohol and 420 ( in your room) use ok. But excessive alcohol use or drug use other than 420 is a deal breaker.
NO Pets - Can not accommodate any animals of any kind.....fish ok.
Outside smoking is ok on front patio or back patio.
Separate Sitting room, Living room, Tv area, large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster oven and many more appliances.
Small front yard patio. Enclosed backyard patio. Big windows throughout Home....lots of sunlight if desired. Large backyard. All areas of Home are open to share except the other bedrooms.
