Large Bedroom in East Village apartment, available for immediate move in
Looking for someone to fill a large room in a 3 bedroom, East Village apartment (corner of 13th St and 1st Ave). The room is available for immediate move in.
The other two rooms are occupied by guys in their mid-20s who work full time.
The bedroom is decently large, and can easily accommodate a queen or king size bed. The room is incredibly bright and cozy, especially with the large window that essentially takes up an entire wall. It also has a beautiful view of the East Village and the One World Trade Center tower.
Monthly rent is $1,555.
You would also owe 1 month security when you move in. We also split electricity.
