Utilities included, wifi, tv subscriptions, TV in room, ceiling fan. The room next door is a renovated office available for use.
Will be sharing a 2,000 square foot home with one other person, two cats, two dogs all trained and have not entered the guest room at all.
Garage space available for storage for an additional 50 dollars a month. Couples are welcome for an additional 100 a month.
