Looking for a professional roommate, quiet and considerate. I am very particular Who I would rent the room because it is me by myself and you have the whole side of the room by yourself with the bathroom and walking closet. You have access to the kitchen and washer and dryer. Great location near everything. Walking distance to AMC movies, Starbucks. Looking for somebody reliable to pay the rent directly to me on time. I am a social worker and I have to wake up at 6 AM and we cannot make noise after 10 PM during the week. Great price for a great location and beautiful unit

Beautiful room for rent in a two bedroom apartment
Looking for the right person to rent to a professional somebody courteous and respectful that will not make noise after 10 PM no loud music no drugs no alcohol no marijuana a professional like myself that works. We have a beautiful gym beautiful pool and Jacuzzi walking distance to everything AMC theater, nail salon, Starbucks, Carl’s Jr., Chevron, vons. The location is excellent. Trusting Someone in my home is a huge deal looking for someone reliable that will pay the rent to me on time directly asking no less than 950 because it’s very private and $700 deposit thank you.
