Hello! My name is Ben and I currently live in Englewood, Colorado with one other roommate (named Nick). We've been in our apartment for about 2 months (out of a full-year lease) and are looking for a third roommate to move in around November 1st, 2022.
Nick and I are quite a bit different. While he is a night owl and up late in the morning, I am usually in bed on the earlier side (10 PM at the latest) and up early (6 AM during weekdays for work, around 8 AM on weekends). Moreover, while I am about as quiet as it gets, he can be on the louder side but will listen to complaints. Lastly, while I am closer to the side of clean, he can leave things out without reminders.
Overall, I like to think we are pretty chill and easy to live with as a pair. If you have any questions, feel free to message me on here!

Low-Key Apartment in a Low-Key Neighborhood
The apartment is 3 rooms total with 2 bathrooms. Two of the rooms share a bathroom while the third room has its own bathroom and is a little more spacious, as well (chance that this room will cost a little more monthly...undecided). Moreover, there's a shared living space with a TV and one (or two) couches. There's also a kitchen table and a shared kitchen area with tons of plates, bowls, silverware, etc.
The apartment is almost fully carpeted minus the kitchen and bathrooms. While there will not be any pets in the space, the previous two roommates we had (moving out for personal reasons) both owned cats, so there may be leftover hair (for potential allergies).
The TV is mine, and I'm happy to share it, but please note that I get priority and will use it quite often (for sports, mainly!).
Lastly, there is a small gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and billiards table elsewhere in the complex (about a 3-minute walk from our apartment. Moreover, there are two laundry rooms (about 3 minutes away in the complex).
There is year-round heat, AC, and a fireplace.
