Hi there! My name is Nancy, but my friends and family call me Katlin.

I’ve always been called a social butterfly, however I don’t normally have a lot of visitors. My home is my safe place. I don’t mind having people over one bit, I would just like a heads up if possible. We can be the best of friends if you want to talk, or I can stay away if you would like. I am very open minded and want my roommate to feel comfortable in their own home.

I adore working with children, I don’t have any of my own. I make a great baby sitter though, I have 3 nephews and 1 niece that are precious in every way to me. (They hardly ever come over if at all, I usually travel to them) I’d rather not live with children. I am constantly working with terminally ill patients, I like to think I have a big heart and I’m caring.

I have an 8 year old pit bull terrier that’s an angel. (You can see her in my profile picture) She is my entire world and I do almost everything with her. She was attacked by a boxer at my last apartment in Austin of 2018 and hasn’t been the same since. She is not aggressive towards humans at all, yet a bit aggressive towards other animals. (Once she meets with a muzzle on and gets use to them it is normally okay) No pets would be the best, but I can always separate if I need too! She likes to talk, but doesn’t bark a lot.

I am a balloon artist, face painter, stilt walker, and Ariel artist. I have a very large wardrobe filled with many costumes. I am pretty particular about my space. I’d love to teach you a few things if you would like to learn. I strongly believe this world revolves around love. I also believe what you put out will come back to you. I always try my best to remain kind.

I have been in the same town house since October 2018. I have been in the same relationship for 5 years. I am looking for a caring roommate that I get along with. This world can be a scary place and I’m looking for people to go through this life with in the best way possible. My profile says month to month, but honestly I’m willing to stay as long as we have good chemistry.

I don’t like to drink any alcohol myself, my family is full of alcoholics and I refuse to go down that path. If you like to drink it doesn’t bother me at all. As long as you remain nice and sweet there will be no issue. I’ll even take care of you if you ever need it. Just please don’t try to peer pressure me. I will never judge you for anything you do. If you are an angry drunk we may not get along.

In the long run I hope we make great friends and wonderful memories. I love to cook and bake just about anything. So you will most likely come home to a lot of good food.
