Luxury Condo for $825 (Private Room)
Looking for someone to sign the lease in a rented Luxury Condo with my roommate and I. High floor with beautiful panoramic view of the city. The apartment is renovated including the kitchen and bathroom with stainless appliances including a dishwasher and a huge LED bathroom mirror. We have furniture for all the common areas already (different from current photo) and the room is unfurnished. Our building has wonderful amenities including a 24 hour doorman/security, lounge, rooftop terrace, laundry room, and gym for the price of $933.
All other utilities included except for electricity and Wifi
There are no pets or smoking allowed as one roommate is highly allergic. We are looking for single occupants only (no couples).
