I'm moving n august, so I’m looking for someone to take over my master bedroom in a shared two bedroom two bathroom apartment in playa del Rey/ westchester. The unit is mostly furnished but you will need to buy bedroom furniture.
The master bedroom is available for $1702 before utilities and includes a view to the courtyard, walk in closet, washer and dryer in unit, and a tandem parking spot. Move in date would be August 7th. The lease ends on January 14th with the option to renew or pay month-to-month.

The apartment complex is called Playa del Oro and includes guest parking, two pools, two jacuzzis, two gyms, business center, coffee lounge, Locke room storage, a package room, a rooftop terrace, a fire pit, lots of bbq grills and picnic tables, and a sauna/steam room.

The location is: 5 minutes from Playa Del Try beach, 8 minutes from playa vista, marina del Rey, and LAX, 15 minutes from Venice and culver city, 30 minutes from downtown LA/ USC with traffic, and close to the 405.

The area is also highly walkable and has a ton of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
