Rent stabilized building, 2 elevators, live-in super, laundry in the basement. 8-min walk to 4 and D trains, 40 min to midtown Manhattan. Huge supermarket and cute little park 3 blocks away.
Quiet mature female roommate. You will be very happy here if these conditions are just what you've been looking for - they are non-negotiable:
- ONE FEMALE only
- friendly but you have your life, I have mine
- quiet - use headphones for TV or music
- not a neatnik
- no smoking of any kind NOT 420, no strongly scented products (I'm allergic)
