We have an available room in a 3 bed 2 bath house located in the Sloan’s Lake area. Rent will be about $1020 a month. Bills average out to about $75 per month per person. We've supplied common room furniture, so you'll only need to bring your own bedroom furniture!
There’s a basement and 2 car garage for extra storage. A parking space can be available in the garage if desired with possible changes to rent. The location is also super convenient with a 75/80 walkability and bikeability score.
A little bit about me. I’m 34 years old who loves outdoor recreation (so unique, I know), board games, Hallmark Christmas movies (for the corniness), animals, wellness and health, cooking, and artistic ventures. I work in Parks and Recreation doing outdoor recreation but have a regular work week mostly. I like my places clean but am not overly worried about a small mess here or there (we’re humans here). Really striving to having a calm place to come back to with people I can be friends with. Dani (the other roommate) is similar in hobbies.
A few requirements I’m looking for with roommates:
LGBTQ+ friendly. I have many friends in the community and would love to room with people who are open to the community.
Open to pets. There are 2 dogs and 2 cats in this household who are kept on the main floor of the house. Because of our space, we’d like a roommate who doesn’t have a pet.
Somebody who is looking to create a community in the home. It’d be nice to be friends and not just a roommate!
We are looking to bring somebody onboard sometime mid-January!

Available Room for Rent
Looking for a roommate!
A friend and I have hunted down a 3 bed 2 bath 2 story house located in the Sloan's Lake area. We are looking to move in January 20th for a 1 year lease as of right now. Rent will be close to about $950 - $ 1100 a month, depending on if you want garage space and the size of the room. You would only need to bring bedroom furniture as we'll supply all the common area furniture!
We have a third bedroom available in a 3 bed 2 bath house located in the Sloan's Lake area. Located right off a major biking lane, we are about 10-15 minutes from Downtown Denver and in a very bikeable neighborhood!
The third bedroom is located upstairs and has a shared bathroom with a double vanity. The bedroom is a bit on the smaller side but can fit a queen bed. It also has an open closet that mirrors the other upstairs bedroom. The house comes with a 2 car garage but if you wish to pay a lower rent rate, you can opt out of a garage spot.
