I’m about to be traveling a lot very soon and have a spare bedroom that has a bed in it already and would like have consistent income while i’m away to help take care of the rent & bills. I stick to my room mostly except when i’m cooking and I don’t have friends over much.

1208 Hawthorne Trail The Humble Abode
This house comes w/ the latest and greatest utilities including the Samsung Family Hub fridge with a screen built in for searching recipes, playing spotify, youtube recipes, and much more. The bedroom has a bed and bed-frame and drawer’s can be bought/provided for a fee. The bathroom is shared between you and another female tenant who actually is here for less than 3 days a month b/c she lives with her bf. We have a creative space/office/guest room w/ a desk and TV that is shared. We have a laundry room with top of the line front loading washer and dryer. Our living room has comfy couches and a mounted TV w/ a miniature pool table! Open concept and granite countertops and island w/ stainless steel appliances! We have dishes, utensils, pots & pans and a walk in pantry! We also have an air fryer, Keurig, and instant pot! You literally have to bring nothing here but your clothes & small personal items! Pet’s are negotiable, i’ve had bad experiences with past roommates pets but if the dog or cat is house trained and you can keep it’s hair out of sharable spaces and keep the pet in your room while you’re gone I don’t see why it’d be a problem.
