HUGE Furnished Bedroom - Steps from 1 Train

Hello! I am subletting a huge, incredibly bright, 12’x14’ bedroom in my furnished 4 bedroom apartment in Hamilton Heights. The room gets tons of natural light and is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a couch, a side table, and it has a nice-sized closet. Everything else in the photos is leaving. Bedroom furniture removal is possible, depending on how long you’d be staying. The room is also connected to the fire escape, which can be used as a makeshift balcony :).

The apartment is located steps from the 1 train in an elevator-building. Two other women live here and we’re looking for another kind and responsible woman or gay man who is 26 or older to join our home!

Hypoallergenic dogs are great! Unfortunately, my allergies won’t allow for other pets.

This would be a month-to-month sublease. If you can commit to at least six months, I’ll bring the rent price down a bit.

Utilities and house goods are not included, and can range from $60-$100 a month from winter to summer. First month, plus a one month security deposit is required to secure the room.
