Hello!

I’m renting a pretty big home in Hillcrest, DC. It has four bedrooms, all newly renovated, laundry, easy street parking, and a garage where you can store a bicycle or a motorcycle.

I’m looking for two roommates, so we can keep a bedroom open as a guest room that we can all share if we have friends or family over for a few days.

I have a kitty who is very affectionate with everyone. I also have a boyfriend who is long distance. He visits on weekend but during the summer, I’m usually not home on weekends because I race motorcycles.

The house is ten minutes from eastern market. Easy to get on highways. 45 minutes from Baltimore, 20 minutes to Arlington and 17 minutes to the Lincoln memorial according to Google maps lol

I don’t have photos yet, but that’s what it is mostly. All bedrooms would have their own private bathroom.

Looking for mature and responsible roommates who take care of the home, and who respect privacy of others. I would like to feel like we’re our little family away from home eventually but not necessary.
