Hi there,
This spacious house in a great neighborhood on the border of Burbank and Glendale needs a fourth roomate.
We're looking for a nice male housemate who's going to really prosper in the open, clean, and creative environment here at the Kenneth House.
Move in would be asap.
You would get the biggest room in the house with nice windows, a huge closet, personal backdoor and huge bathroom with 2 sinks. (This bathroom is shared with one other tenant)
There are three mid to late 20's guys living here right now. We all are clean and respectful and work in the entertainment industry.
