Looking for rommate to share Lakefront luxury property
The property is a 3 bedroom condo in Mimico/Humber Bay Shores (10minutes from downtown Toronto). The room is $1200/month. Some perks:
- The condo is a 5 min walk from the *lake* and there is a view of the lake from the balcony. There are lots of great trails and water sports 🚣♀️
- The building has amazing amenities: *security* - 24 hour concierge, *fitness* - 21m heat regulated pool, a fully equipped gym with additional exercise rooms, squash courts, hot tub, sauna 🏊♀️, *Work* - library and meeting rooms 💻 *Leisure* - 2 rooftop patios and BBQ area.
- Within the building complex (downstairs) there are 2 major banks, a Metro, Starbucks, major gyms- F45 and Orange theory, LCBO, massage place and restaurants. There are also more restaurants by water front (5min walking distance )
