Looking for someone to take over the main bedroom of a three-bedroom apartment in a new luxury building.
Washer/dryer in unit, galley kitchen with all new appliances.
Looking for a responsible student or professional. We do not mind if you have guests over so long as they are respectful.
About the Building:
New luxury building in Hell’s Kitchen. The full rent was discounted due to COVID—these discounts are fully reflected in the price of the room.
Our current lease is through July 31st, 2021.
The building has a full range of amenities: several terraces with BBQ pits, a gym with a basketball court, in the unit, 24/7 doorman.
The apartment is above the 20th floor and has great views of the Hudson River.
