Looking for Female Vegetarian Roommate
I am looking for a female, vegetarian roommate to share my home with. We keep a vegetarian home, but feel free to eat meat outside. Our second bedroom is a large 10x10 bedroom with a full second bath.
This home is in the heart of it all. Walk to the lake, park, Michigan Ave, best restaurants in minutes. We are close to all public transportation, buses, metra and 10 min walk to union station. This beautiful open concept floor plan offers great views of Lake Michigan and the city! The unit has hardwood floors, 10 foot ceilings, granite counter tops, in unit w/d, balcony, stainless steel appliances, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking Lake Michigan. We have fantastic amenities which include 24 hr doorman, indoor heated pool, outdoor spa, fitness room, theater and panoramic views of the lake from the party room and sun deck with grills. The unit is approximately 1700 sq ft. True Luxury Living!
The second bedroom is furnished, but you can bring your own furniture if you'd like.
You can rent a parking spot in the connected parking garage, if needed.
We ask for a minimum one year lease, but if you're willing to sign a longer lease, I can negotiate the monthly rent.
