Mihir - $1,500/month

Looking for a 3rd roommate to rent a 3B2B house in Boerum Hill or crown heights or in one of the neighbourhoods near Prospect park starting November 1. Two of us are moving from Seattle and would like a third person to rent a house with us. We're both clean and tidy in common spaces and pick up after ourselves. We're generally quiet and like to be mindful of the noise. We've both lived with roommates before. Our individual budget is roughly 2K/month per person. We’d prefer to be close to subway lines.

Housemate 1 (me): I'm a 32-year male, working as a data scientist. Outside of work, I enjoy playing board games, outdoor sports, gardening, and paddle boarding. I like to host our friends every so often. I largely keep to myself but like to get to know my housemates and am open to spending time. I cook at home for most of my meals and like sharing food.

Housemate 2: I’m a 32-year-old male, working on the tech team at a small progressive political nonprofit. Grassroots politics is something I try to stay engaged with outside of work as well. Otherwise, I enjoy running and bike riding, violin (I’d want to practice in my room sometimes, but probably once a week at most to be honest), creative writing, learning various partner and solo dance styles, and stationery – think notebooks, pens, and esp ink 🤩 I enjoy a balance of solitude and hanging out with housemates, and I love meeting new people. Would be great to share occasional house meals, board-game nights, etc.
