Hi! I am DB. I am originally from India and I’ve been in NYC for the past 2 years. Me and my 2 roommates are looking for a 4th person to move into a spare room in our apartment.
We’ve been living in the apartment for the past 2 years and it is one of the best locations in Williamsburg. It’s a 2 min walk to the subway station and the common area has a movie theater, great rooftop, BBQ grill, in-unit washer/dryer etc.

Hi Everyone!
My roommates and I are looking for one person to occupy a room in our Beautiful 4 Bedroom 2 Bathrooms Furnished Apartment in the heart of Williamsburg. The apartment has an extra-large living space, fully equipped, stainless steel kitchen, Washer/Dryer, New Stainless Steel Appliances and each bedroom is equipped with a SALTO lock system. The building features include Butterfly MX Virtual Doorman, Roofdeck - with shower, grills, seating, & lounge area, Laundry Room, Resident Lounge, Media Room and Bike Storage.
The move-in date for the apartment is 09/01/2024 and the rent would be around 2250(inclusive of utilities and security deposit) for a one year lease.
A little about the three of us:
1. I am originally from India, have been in NYC for the past 2 years and work at a Web3 VC fund.
2. Ahmad Yousef is from Long Island, is half Egyptian, half Syrian and works at a Consulting firm in Manhattan.
3. Khamees is originally from Charloette and works at a tech company in Manhattan. He is a UNC graduate.
