Hi! I am looking for a roommate to fill 1 bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment on the UWS starting as soon as possible!

The apartment is located on a beautiful street in an amazing doorman and elevator building with a very clean laundry room in the basement. There is great access to the 1, 2, 3, A, B and C and Trader Joe's, Target, Whole Foods and other stores are just a short walk away.
The building also has a huge rooftop with beautiful views of the city and river!

The living room has large windows overlooking a neighboring private garden below, so there is little to no noise from the street. Water and heat are included in the rent and individual rent is $2000/month. The available room has space for a full or queen size bed and additional furniture. The room has a double closet with lots of storage space. There is a window AC installed by the building at no extra cost! The available bedroom is unfurnished and the apartment is partially furnished (couch, TV and art will be added very soon!).

About me: I am a 28-year-old social worker and community organizer! I love to spent time with my friends, explore the city, do art, cook, have movie/game nights and am currently studying for the LSAT. I am new to the city (I am originally from Philly) and am excited to build my community here!
