Hello! I am Josh. I am looking for a room + roommate setup since my current roommate where I have rented the past 2+ years is selling their house!! I am looking for a place ideally 3-6 months. I and originally from Dallas area and went to school in New Zealand and have been working with an immigration firm over the past few years to prepare to move back over there permanently. Due to COVID and its effects on visas though there have been A LOT of delays. So for that reason I need a short term lease.

I'm a pretty relaxed roommate and a social chameleon that can find interesting conversation with pretty much anyone. I can accommodate whether you're someone who wants to be left alone and have a more professional relationship with your roommate, or if you want to be friends, that's cool too. I do spend a lot of time in my room working on my computer running my company -- so don't interpret this as anti-social behavior! Haha.

I am a founder at a small software company. We sell an IT security product. I also earn some passive income from my photography and music ventures. But technology primarily funds my lifestyle.

I love spending all of my free time outdoors! Mountain biking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hiking, ice skating, camping, etc. I have a lot of hobbies, passions and interests such as technology, photography, and music. I'd like to have a pretty nice place. I spend a lot of time doing computer work, so it's nice to have a bright space where I can feel comfortable, and not like I am working in a dark cave. As far as the roommate goes, someone easy going, open-minded, laid back, and chill is preferred. Also, CLEAN. I am a bit OCD clean I will admit haha. Don't worry though, I won't extend my expectations to common areas unless you want me to. But rest assured my room will always be sparkling.
