I have a smaller 2BR/1BA Apt in NoLIta near several subway lines. This is ideal for someone who travels a bit for work. NOT IDEAL for anyone Working from home.
I work from home 4x/week + I travel a week or so every month

The neighborhood is amazing (look up Nolita if you're not familiar - we border Soho, Lower East Side, Chinatown, and the Noho/East Village). Mainly younger professionals in their late 20s - late 40s, and some older people (older Chinese couples who have been in the area since the 70s) -- a nice mix.

Apartment gets lots of natural light (rare). This is a WALK-UP (4 flights) so not great for someone who can't walk up a few flights of stairs.

Room comes with full bed and large clothes rack and a desk

Me: early 30s, I travel a week or so to FL every month during the colder months - so you'll have the place to yourself every now and then. I like to go out to lots of arts and cultural events and restaurants in the fall and winter, but keep things very calm and peaceful at home, hoping for someone who also keeps it peaceful at home

You: Clean and fairly chill when home. Someone who doesn't work from home (tight space for two ppl to WFH)

If you travel often for work or only need the apartment for less than 14 days/month, I can negotiate a bit on rent and utilities.
This is a small apartment so this is ideal for someone who travels for work a bit.

minimum stay 3 months and can do month to month after if that's your preference

Rent ($1600) includes heat and water
Deposit required: One month
Utilities are shared and fairly low in the winter (under $100)

Will be available by mid December. I'm flexible on move-in date for the right fit
