The property is 2 years old. There are 3 rooms left in total but only looking for two roommates as they would have to share one bathroom. The rooms will be lightly furnished for your convenience photos will be available soon

Base price of Utilities being $150 per household member. This does not include wifi as that’s something that may need to be discussed and I’d like to leave the option to have your own. I don’t wanna offer wifi and then it’s not up to your liking or slow for you like a lot of other households do

Flexibility is available, I’m sure we can figure things out

The common areas would be the living room, kitchen, and the backyard all spaces shared of course.

I don’t ask for much but just the simplest thing of cleaning your space and keeping the place tidy as much as possible (Not spotless, but neat).

For those that have pets, they are allowed but will incur an extra fee. They must be friendly.

I do not mind anyone wanting to add their own flare to the common areas. We just have to be aware of each other’s space and a little considerate.
