Great location near downtown! Only a few minutes drive to the Colorado light rail. Near some great restaurants and bars in the Glendale neighborhood.
Looking for someone to take over a lease. There are two other roommates (1M and 1F) who split the rent (about 1100 per person). The room available would be in the lower level. One of the roommates has a friendly pit bull that lives there too. Another pet can be brought into the lease, preferably a dog. There are two bathrooms on the main level and one bathroom in the lower level that you can use, as well as a big back yard.
The lease is available now through October 14th.
