Beautiful New Home in Cielo Vista, North Las Vegas
The cross streets are E. Centennial & Statz (close to Losse).
We are looking for a couple of Professional people who are looking for month-month rental, short term or long. Also those who may need an interim stay for a minimum of one month. This is a newly built home in the Cielo Vista subdivision.
We have two bedrooms available and they share a full bathroom with tub & shower combo. The home is newly furnished. We are conveniently located to many restaurants, fast-food, grocery stores and the VA Hospital is 5 minutes away.
The rental price includes NORMAL use of all Utilities: WIFI, Water, Electric, etc. We do laundry once a week and expect you to do the same. (If you want to do several small loads a week you will need to pay extra)
