Noah S - $3,000/month

Looking for a roommate on a lease starting at some point in June or July. My budget is $2750 - $3000, looking for something nice but nothing too fancy is necessary either. I’m looking to live on the Upper East Side, but if all else fails anything near the 4 can work.

I’m generally a clean person, but not to the point of keeping everything looking like the cover of a Pier 1 catalogue. My work will be very time consuming, about 60-70 hours a week, and does require me to be on-call on certain nights.

I’m originally from Bergen County, NJ and have been living in the city for 3 years now. I have just finished up my law degree at Brooklyn Law School and will be beginning as an Assistant District Attorney this Fall.

Side note: I am sitting for the Bar Exam in late July, so I will be living like a monastic and won’t be in your hair too much.
