About Me

I'm 31 years old, I’m a bar manager so I work mostly nights and weekends. When I’m not busy with work I’m usually exploring the mountains, seeing live music, bopping around the city for cocktails/happy hour/brunch with friends, or just lounging! I volunteer with rescued horses once a week. I'm a pretty solid mix of between an extrovert/introvert. I love going out but I also love being home. I’m originally from New York but having been living in Colorado for 10 years now. I'm super laid back, clean and respectful of the apartment space. Since my job is very social I tend to keep to myself for the most part when I’m at home.
I have a cat and a dog, they’re both suuper friendly and will want to hang out with you when I’m not home so looking for someone who likes animals! My dog is a senior, she’s super low maintenance and chill. My cat is very friendly and cuddly. I would be okay with another animal moving in if ours get along :)
Looking for someone chill, mature, reasonably clean, & 420 friendly to put it simply!

I am looking for one roommate in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in Washington Park West, about a 10/15 minute walk to South Broadway and about a 20 minute walk to the park. Mr Oso's, Rise & Shine Biscuit cafe and The Spot Bar and Grill are just a couple blocks away. Rent is $900 per month + utilities (xcel and internet) which usually comes to about $50 per month. There’s a washer & dryer in the apartment, double sink bathroom, a huge balcony, AC units and a pool! It’s a third floor walk up, we have a view of the mountains from the balcony :) Tons of street parking. Lots of natural light.
