I'm looking for someone to share a 2/2 or 3/2 home with me in Marin County. I'm flexible on the exact city but would like to stay San Rafael area or south.
My ideal roommate would be about my age, respectful, financially stable and clean. I do hope that we can chit chat while making dinner, but also have our own space.
I work from home about 2 days per week, so I would like to find a place that has space for me to set up a home office and we can split the rent accordingly.
I love to hike, bike, cook and am pretty easy going. Although I do not currently have any pets, I am hoping to get a small (under 30 lb) dog in the next year.
