I’m showing these rooms in the evening Monday to Friday 5pm to 9pm and 11am to 7pm on the weekends until rented. If this ad is still up, the rooms are still available.

Room with bed in photo is a 10X10 located on the first level, there are no other bedrooms on this level, has a feel like you're in your own apartment.
I also have another room that is 11X11 that I am working on.
$1800 to move in, covers first & last month rent.
FICO scores below 600*: I understand scores can fluctuate during your Credit History as such FICO scores can be discussed.

Hey All!
I am super optimistic and excited to list the 3 furnished bedrooms available in my 4bedroom, 2bath apartment. Looking forward to finding the right housemates in the near future.
Rooms available below: Note: I'm in room C :-)
- Room A is 10 X 10, available now = $850 monthly (backyard view)
- Room B is 15 X 10, available now = $900 monthly (side view)
- Room D is 11X12, available now = $900 (front view)
Two of the rooms have full sized beds in them while the other has a Queen.
The monthly rent is $900 a month for room B & D (see above), this includes light, gas and wifi. **High Speed Verizon Fios 1GB**
***Room A does not have a built in closet, there is an area to store your clothes.This room is located on the first level with no other bedrooms and closest to the router, kitchen, living/dining room with a backyard view***
You are required to pay your first and your last month rent when you sign your roommate agreement. The total is $1800 to move in for rooms B & D and $1700 for Room A.
I also welcome short term rentals, a 3 month short term stay is available at $3000.
Singles preferred but will consider a stable couple $1200 to share a room, $800 per room if separate..
Currently Room B is empty but I plan on putting a Queens Sized bed in it this weekend unless otherwise specified.
Share bathroom with roommates, share kitchen, use living and dining room as requested. Month to month roommate agreement. Can pay weekly or monthly there after as per your payroll.

40 Yr Old, Black Woman, IT professional, long term tenant (15yrs). Stable mentally, emotionally, steady income and overall peaceful soul. I am a low key person who is corona virus conscious (this household is also), I do not have frequent guests and if I do...they are distanced and respectful. I ask the same of you, overnight visitors max 2 nights a week.
I am considerate with noises and clean up after myself, I seek the same in a roommate. If you like to blast your audio, you must utilize earphones to do so. Surround sound in not allowed. Must be respectful, mature, mentally and emotionally stable. I am open to all ages as long as you are responsible and pay your rent on time. Proof of income is required.
This is an adult household not suitable for children, LGBTQ & 420 friendly. Smoking cigs permitted in the yard. Access to grill. Family style living but respectful introverts are welcomed!
