Sunny Bushwick Apartment
Hi everyone! We are currently looking for a third roommate to sublet in our sunny Bushwick apartment! See below for more details and DM me if you're interested!
-this is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with 1 shared bathroom.
-In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher, and central heating!
-Less than 3 min walk away from the Dekalb L train/10 min walk away from Knickerbocker M train
-the sublet would be signed onto on april 1st but we ae looking for a move in on March 1st
-no early move-in and no couples please!
-Upon signing the lease prior to move in date; one month rent + security deposit is required
-Rent will be $1270 per month, not including utilities (internet ~$30 per person, gas + electricity ~$60-$80/per person)
-Room has a nice sized closet with great space, enough for a full size bed. Room also gets lots of sunlight!
-LGBTQ+ friendly please ☺️
-Steps away from House of Yes, Artichoke pizza, Seawolf, Maria Hernandez park, and more!
-To fully secure your place in the apartment, you will need to fill out a $25 application fee through our building management.
A little about us: we are two Early 30's professionals in the Music/Acting/Food Service industry. Our jobs require us to work mostly evenings and late nights but we do sometimes work from home. We prefer mellow nights on our days off and will occasionally invite guests or significant others.
As a side note; Cleanliness is a must! We would like for you to be clean and respectful of our mutual spaces as it is an expectation we hold for ourselves as well. As service workers we are very cognitive of the cleanliness of our home, and would want our third roommate to care about the apartment as much as we do!
