I’m looking for a working, mature, sociable and responsible female "to share" a decent 2br apartment with a "Separate" privet bedroom. Non smoker preferred, yes that includes "420", looking for someone that's considerate, "Clean", who's not going to be in and out at all hours of the night or looking to have overnight guests frequently, being perfectly honest I just don't want that kind of traffic in and out of my home and Most importantly because I have a 12yr old son that stays with me occasionally, who's friendly and sociable, so someone that's engaging is definitely a plus.

Full respect will be given towards your privacy and space and to be clear, "I'm NOT looking for a relationship situation, Strictly a "mutually beneficial living arrangement" period.

$600 to move in, then "$460 a month", ALL Utilities Included, Cable and Wi-Fi is "FREE"!! The room is "partially furnished" with a flat screen tv, dresser, bed and AC unit. Children welcome.

Will need to provide both proof of income and valid ID prior to my considering renting you the room.
