On a regular day, I work from home in the morning, leave for the afternoon, and come home in the evening for a quiet dinner, my favorite show, and a warm beverage with popcorn before bed. I love to keep a warm, welcoming, and clean home with chill vibes. Some of my favorite things are snuggles with my kitty on the couch, Disney movies, and boardgames. I am looking for a roommate to share a lovely 2bed/2bath/den unit conveniently located above a Safeway. Amenities include: in unit washer and dryer, secure building access, secure package delivery, onsite gym, courtyard, and rooftop lounge. Located in Central District, it is very walkable with Trader Joes and PCC just down the street, a 6 minute drive to the Light Rail, and YMCA just across the street.
I would prefer for rent to remain around $1200 but I’m open to some negotiation. Utilities are around $100-$150/mo which would be split as well as wifi which is about $42/mo, also split. Parking is optional and available to rent with the leasing office for $175/mo.
I am looking for someone to join me in my lease (subject to income and credit approval) from April-mid September, at which time I plan on vacating the unit, or terminating the lease.
