Urgent roommate needed for amazing private bathroom unit!
If you go to ccny and are looking for a room, definitely check this one out. We have a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. The communal space is kept neat but we like to watch movies every once in a while. We also normally have people over most weekends- less so during the pandemic, obviously. In your room there is enough space for a separate, slightly smaller living room space and bedroom setup, as well as a private, third bathroom for just that room. Not to mention it is fully furnished already with an AC, chairs and coffee table for the living room part and a dresser, two nightstands and bedframe for the bedroom, among other decorations like an area rug and any art you want from our collection for your walls.
