Hi! Been in the same place in UWS since I moved to NYC (from TX) in 2021 and softly looking to move (I'm on a month-to-month lease so very flex). Not super picky about where to live in NYC/what the place is like. I'd prefer taking over a lease/filling a room just because it's easier and I'm lazy.
