Available Room for Rent
One bedroom available Nov 1 in lovely and bright Bed Stuy home
One bedroom available starting November 1st (our lease runs through mid-June, though we may extend) in a three bedroom, two bathroom spacious and light-filled first floor apartment. The apartment has in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, spacious kitchen, dining, and living area, and is fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom available for rent. The bedroom has two windows and a closet and can fit a bed of any size. We are two mid/late-20s females (a teacher and a writer) who enjoy spending time with friends, watching movies, cooking, music, and frequent trips to the beach. We are looking for someone interested in a more permanent home (at least until our lease is up) and not just passing through/in need of a temporary situation. Please email if interested and we will be happy to find time to meet and show the space! Rent is $1350 + some utilities (heat and hot water are included).
